Most media training doesn’t work and here’s why.

Usually, it’s a rapid-fire grilling, using an approach that supposes that tough questioning leaves the subject “prepared”.

That has its place, but we think it’s nonsense.

Media training needs to build real confidence, not set out to damage it.

The grilling approach can do more harm than good, if it’s the primary focus.

Elexia has two training options: private one-on-one training and groups.

Executives don’t reach their positions unless they are knowledgeable and, on some level, are effective communicators in their area.

He has interviewed politicians, business leaders and celebrities.

We believe anyone can be trained to perform, building confidence through respectful practice is the key.

We use broadcast cameramen who work in television to give experience with all of the technical and performance elements of television appearances.
